I love ordering with your company. It just seems that lately all of my orders have at least one broken item in it. My last 2 orders, I had ordered the pink fairy stake on top of the crackle glass gazing ball with light. And both times they were broken(One had a broken stake, the other had the wings broken off of the fairy). One doesn't even work anymore, after less than a month of having it. I tried to fix both as well as I could because it's too much of a pain in the rear to return stuff. You really shouldn't deduct shipping from someones return if the return is not the fault of the customer. So now I have almost $30 of broken yard stakes but don't want to return them because of the price. I am really thinking about whether or not I should continue my membership this year. Please have better quality control before you ship items out to your customers. Thanks.
I ordered the rose lamps, one had a chip, I called and they said they would send another one right out. I love the lamps they are perfect on our nightstand.
Really wanted to back out of the third item as I would have really liked them in a XL but did not find way to do that.
I received most of my order within a week from ordering. I still have 2 items on backorder, which I knew this upon ordering them. Were happy with the items I have received and can't wait for the rest to come.
Items are always received as good as, or better than, expected.

Item as described.
The hose wouldn't retract and still doesn't. The light is fine if you don't look too close as the finish is quite rough. It wasn't in our nature to return the products as they are still useful.

I liked the items I received, One item was not colored as shown and etc.told me i had to handle the issue with their supplier-THIS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Some of the items I have found cheaper after placing my order. Overall, items are inexpensive but have better quality than expected. I will continue to shop with etc., i would very much appreciate items being marked sold out before putting them in the cart only to be told it is sold out at checkout. Reason, one item that this happened to me with was the reason i was purchasing several other items.
Many of the products found on Collectionsetc.com are great values for the price...some are smaller than expected when received, yet of good quality...
