I have always been happy with Collections etc. I often order gifts sent directly from collections to the reciever. Birthday gifts, thinking of you gifts, cheer-up gifts, just because gifts along with items for myself.

It was a good experience except that I was really disappointed that 2 items that I really wanted are out of stock and unknown if you will get any more. Really a let down.

Everything went good and I love the comforter.

I'm not very good with computers, but I checked and double checked where things were highlighted. I know my security code, but system wouldn't accept it. I phoned and didn't get help except to start over. The stair treads are just what I wanted. I misread about the lighted basket. I thought it was on a timer. I haven' t seen the fiber optic solar roses light yet. They are in the sun.

Don't understand the shipping rate you charged me today, wasn't it suppose to be 1.99, mind was 11.99? I think that is the regular rate.
