It took several times to get my order placed, had to repeatedly put in payment option and account info ie: password and email. I spent over an hour doing this... I have never had problems before, like your products, but I hesitate to use online process again after the frustration today.

I shop Collections, Etc., with a wary eye. Most of the products are great and I am very happy with them. On occasion, however, it turns out to be junk. I have to take exception to the "Flash Sale" advertisement, though, as if "flashing" is a good thing. That was totally unnecessary - can't your advertising people come up with something more responsible? Please pass on my unhappiness to your corporate office. Thank you.

The only reason that I gave this rose lamp.order a three stars is that the globe is crooked. Otherwise it works perfectly. I ordered this one because I loved the first one I got and wanted a double. It just was too much fuss for me to send it back for a replacement. Will most definately order from you again. Thank you.

Tried to purchase this item yesterday over the phone and was told price was10.00 higher. Was then told if I wanted the internet price to buy on line. If I had not promised to get this item, I don't think I would be back. Shipping information is the only Email I want to receive from your company. No spam!
