Sent me the wrong item

I return an item (the wrong size) but decided not to reorder. This was my fault, not the company's fault.

Had one defective item. Extremely pleased with response from Customer Service and refund I recv'd. Just not happy that I recv'd a faulty product. Other items I purchased seem to be okay.

For the most part I enjoyed my shopping at Collections ETC. I am going to be very careful concerning their line of clothes. The clothes are not sized well and some are very poor quality. I had to send back half of what I ordered.
