I was replacing laundry room curtains that were 10-12 years old. I thought they had faded somewhat and just didn't look as good as when new. When I received the new curtains, I was truly unhappy. The older curtains were lined and had notions added to them (buttons for flowers,ribbon bows in the girl's hair and the mother's apron strings, etc). They were really cute! I thought replacing them would be easy because the picture looked just the same. Unfortunately, I threw away the packaging and label or I would have sent them right back. As it is, I washed, ironed and put the old curtains back on my laundry room door.
I seldom order online because I find it too difficult to complete, but this has been very easy.
Purchased patio chair covers. Very thin material. Not good in the wind.
The shipping cost half of the cost of the item I purchased. That is outrageous and keeps me from ordering from your company quite often. You could at least offer a military discount.
I would like to discuss other options on giving better reviews on your items.

Everything was easy to find and the ordering was easy. When I ordered only half of my order was in stock, but they told me and I was ok with that.
Placing my order was easy and quick. I received my order much sooner than a lot of other websites that I've ordered from. Overall, I'm very pleased with the orders from Collections, Etc.
Take too much time to complete the order because there are so many items have solve out but still on the list.
