Loved my purchase
Purchasing a product was easy. Trying to return it, however, not so much. I was unable to print a return label because the website indicated "order history not available". After contacting Customer Service several times I still do not have the return label. To their credit though, Customer Service is continuing to work on the issue.

From the first order I received from Collections etc. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are fantastic and the quality of the items are good. Due to the reasonable pricing I truly expected to receive somewhat low-grade work. Everything I have ordered: clothing, comforter, valance, shelf plaques, wall hanging, bath sets & towels; are wonderful. I highly recommend Collections Etc. to one and all. I truly believe you cannot go wrong here. Items are well packaged, especially the breakables; and promptly delivered. Once I called Customer Service because I thought they had made a mix-up: Here it was myself that was mixed-up LOL. The representative was so pleasant and helpful. I have no wrong, with plenty of shopping completed, with Collections.
