Always an easy process

Very good shopping experince

Reasonable, own three four-legged friends and we've received quite a bit of rain with small amounts of drying time. My friends are lapdogs and spoiled, got to love and accommodate. Received the product love it with the exception it have no ties, fasteners to hold them in place. I tried searching your site for fasteners or products to secure them, no luck. Called CS not much help, bad connection.

Every thing was ok except for 2 of the solar lights are not working right.

The lounge covers seem to be okay, just haven't used them yet.

I don't trust when you put things on the end of an order, like the20 rebate. If I read the find print on the rebate offer, it says something about signing up for some other type of offer. Makes me feel like you are trying to pull something over on me.

When I received my order, (the Pressure Power Cooker XL) did not have the 2 cookbooks as described. I called customer service that evening and they told me I would receive the books in about 7 days, which I did. I was very pleased with your response.
