I ordered two tops from you and the seams tore out the on one first time I wore it. The other one was great.
I love most of the things I have gotten from you. I would have sent the top back but didn't want to pay the shipping.
I had ordered some things and was told they were no longer available, but the next day they were on your web site but at a higher price. I sent you something on that and was told I would get a $5 cert but never got it.
This has happened to me before. I order it and am told it's no longer available and the next thing I know it is for sale again at a higher price.

There was an item I wanted that was sold out, NO MENTION of back order. I would have qualified for discount had it been available. It was the mosiac Solar Owl, I would like it even if I had to wait...It was listed as available, but at check out it said out of stock...If it is out of stock it should be removed...If fact it still shows to be available.
Think your shipping charges are too high, my last 2 orders were over 45.00 but didn't see these matching curtains till after, I had ordered the comforter.
