Your offers are misleading...I entered my info to become a preferred customer thinking I would receive a 10% but than found you still have to pay14.99 membership...had I known I wouldn't have given you that info.

Outrageously horrible, horrible customer service! Have called to straighten things out SEVERAL times, and keep getting the run-around. Have asked to speak to a supervisor on more than one occasion, but was told they are unable to connect me to one. As I write this (about 3 weeks after first encountering the problem with my order), the problem is still not corrected. I am beyond EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED, and I doubt I will ever buy from this company again. Too bad, because I usually like their products, but it's just not worth the hassle - there are other companies out there with similar products that actually have good customer service and treat their customers like they want the customer to be satisfied. That's certainly not the case with Collections etc. Really upset about this - can you tell?
