The processing fee is a real irritant. Reminds me of the ADMIN fee car dealers like to charge. Always amazes me when people cannot figure out how to make their margins without adding a little fee here and a little fee there: "It's not much, they will go ahead and pay it." They pay it and have a bad taste in their mouths and usually look for somewhere else to buy something similar this time or the next time. DUMB business decision. I purchased today because of the 15% discount. If you were smart, you would have given me the free shipping as well. Because I did not get the free shipping, I dropped an item that I had added to make my purchase go above you minimum to get free shipping. You lost a sale.
Learning how to keep and hold a first time buyer is really simple. Try not to take advantage of them EVER.

I love the lighthouse shower curtain I purchased. I always buy from Collections! I thoroughly enjoy going through the catalogs and earmarking the pages of the items I want and then going back and being reasonable about it. Then I order what I really need otherwise I would order almost everything in the catalog.
