Items were nice and on time. I feel I got my money's worth and my items are making nice gifts.

I have always had a pleasant experience ordering from collections etc. They have the most unique and beautiful items and I have not been dissapointed with anything i have ordered. Usually receive my order in approximately one week.

I never had any problems at all with my orders. This was the first time. The person i talked with was very helpful and my problem was taken care of right away. I received a replacement item in just a few days. I extremely please with the service i received and will continue to place orders in the future. Thank you so much for all you do!

I received my order in record time. About 1 week after I ordered it.

One item that I ordered, the humming bird wind chime, is too delicate to hang outside because it's easily breakable, but I can hang it on the inside of my deck and it should be okay there. I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I realized it was so delicate, but it should be okay where I have it.
