I ordered curtains and curtain rods. Only the curtains were received. No further comunication received about the curtain rods.

I am happy and satisfied with all the items that I have ordered and still ordering from Collections Etc.
With the exceptions of few items that need to be returned because they didn't fit.

Loved the style

I have been a customer for about 10 years and started my doll collection at that time. I have been extremely satisfied with everything I have purchased from Collections Etc. I have an outfit I bought some years ago and I am still wearing it today.

I ordered a Boston Fern (#205-60-******* and have never received it. This was ordered on April 24. It might be the last thing I order from Collections.

So far so good except the sneaky handling charge now that you offered free shipping tsk tsk

Easy to useI only received one item from my order which was the hose caddy. 2 shepherds hooks were on backorder and the bra liners were supposed to be in stock. It takes forever to receive items from you by the time I get them I forgot what I ordered so I think this will be my last order with you. If it takes weeks to get an order then you obviously are so busy you sure don't need my little orders

Bought Fall Country House window valance and was very satisfied with them. Also purchased lighted American Country Farm wall canvas. I liked the picture very much the sunflowers went well in my room with other sunflower items. The on off switch did not work, but I am leaving it on anyway so kept it.
