I have ordered merchandise from Collections,etc for several years have always been well satisfied with the product I ordered. The product descriptions are accurate and the prices very reasonable, in fact, better than most I have seen in other catalogs. When I receive several catalogs at one time, Collectionetc is the first I look at. It's seldom I don't find something I want.
I didn't get a confirmation right away when I ordered my items so I wasn't sure if my order went thru so I re-ordered them now I have two of everything. Other than that everything went well.
So far so good...we'll see more after shipping.
Experience was good
I ordered 2 different sets of solar lights. The one set was fine and the top is interchangable with the base from a set I bought last year. The second solar light set (sunflowers), one light was defective and needed returned. It flickered but wouldn't stay on, and the base size was different and didn't fit my post. I thought overall the quality was poor for the price. The sales representative I spoke with quickly emailed me a return label. There was no issue with returning. I am still waiting for my account to be credited.

The only problem was it said there was free shipping for45.00 or more, but I could not find a promo code for it. And I did order more than $45.00.
As long as you continue to ship UPS there will not be a problem for the most part. USPS in this area never gets anything right. Things are delivered incorrectly all over the development.
I do not choose to recommend websites to anyone.
