The only problem I seen ws no place to update cart or change amount you want to order. Maybe I overlooked it.

Customer service representative was fairly knowledgeable with procedures and got my problem resolved in a reasonable time.

After contacting collectionetc about my issue it was resolved to my satisfaction. It was't clear at all about going through amazon you could not get an exchange. I truly appreciate their customer service resolution. Thank you
