Quick and easy ordering.
For the most part, I am satisfied with what I buy from here. It took about 2 months for my purchase to be filled. This was the first time this experience has happened to me.
I tried ordering on line, the order did not go through, had to call, had to re-type the whole order, person I spoke with (Ralph) was very nice and helpful but I was on the phone for 14 minutes. Hope I am not charged for the phone call.
A couple of the colored lights for children's bikes did not work!

Everything was wonderful we did return one item as it was too small.
Like the site, it's a pity that almost everything is lem buying from China, but I guess I'm part of the problem by purchasing the items!

I had to contact customer service because some of the lights on the 4th of July wreath did not work. I was offered a replacement but I declined because the holiday was over. I also called because the ladies tool kit case was cracked and I was unable to keep the tools from moving around in the case. A new tool kit was replaced within a week. I must say the customer service employees were great and wanted me to be a satisfied customer and I am. Thanks, Collections etc.
