I think your prices are higher then other web sites as I've seen your items on other websites at a lower price. Your processing fee use to be.99 now it's1.95. I think you shouldn't even charge your customers that fee as you should be thankful that we buy from you and be glad to process our orders, without charging us!

I was having difficulty with placing the order online so I called your number & representative was anxious to get off phone, she really upset me, she was not a help at ALL.

PLUS, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE OTHER ITEM I HAD ORDERED, IT IS A WHEEL BARREL FOR THE LAWN...NO WORD WHEN I CAN EXPECT IT.

Collections Etc. is a wonderful place to shop for good quality, low-priced products.

LOVED the 4th of July outfit

The description of the caftan was one size. It would have fit three of me, so I gave it to a "larger" friend.
