I have been a little frustrated the last few order. Cannot checkout with back orders in shopping cart.

I have been very satisfied with all the product I have gotten from collectionsetc and the way it comes wrapped it has always made it here in good shape and the product is good quality product for the price I paid for it thanks collectionsetc good job!

A process in Fee? Really?

Purchase some beach chair covers and they are so narrow that they do not fit any beach chairs we have seen. Might just have to use them as towels.

I was a little frustrated with it having been advertised as free shipping and then a coupon was applied that I did not notice so I lost my free shipping and paid more with the applied coupon and shipping than I would have if the free shipping had been applied like I thought. I did not notice this until the confirmation, up to that point it appeared the free shipping was still there.

Always easy and correct

I appreciate the reminder that I had items in my shopping cart. I was interrupted while shopping and forgot I had items in my shopping cart!

I shop at collections whenever they have what I like, which is often. I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased. It has always been great quality at not a lot a money. I will continue to shop at Collections etc for a long time to come.
