I found what I wanted in a catalogue and simply searched the item number and made my selection. So easy.

Purchased comforter & shams at clearance price and was very happy with the items... I wasn't as happy with the solar spinner that I ordered, it was a bit flimsy.

Prices are a little high for the items.
Wish the what-not's for outside were larger.
I have found then several places larger & the same price range.

I placed my order and got it a few days later. I really like everything about the things I ordered and would recommend people I know to shop there!

I wanted to return an item and called Customer Service about a return postage label. She said I would be charged for the return label. I went on-line and got a return label with no problems. If you need a return label print it on-line without wasting time by calling Customer Service.

I had to return 1 item because the picture of it was incorrect.

So far everything has been just like pictured. The butterfly pictures I received are very pretty and I'm enjoying them very much.It's about the only way I see butterflies anymore.

You have great stuff. I love your seasonal items,most are things you cannot find anywhere else. Your prices are very reasonable and deliveries are quick. My only complaint is, and I understand he need to have things shipped safely and intact, the packaging can sometimes be difficult to open and the styrophome packing is very annoying and messy.

Some of the order had minor damage, but not enough to return. Looked like box went through a crushing machine.
