Every catalog has many items that I would like -- it is difficult to choose only a few!
The Hummingbird Lamp is really very lovely, I really like it for the spot I had picked out for it. However, the first one I received was defective. The electrical cord, though coming out at the bottom, was in the front, typically it should be out the back so not to take away from the beauty of the lamp, any lamp for that matter. Not to mention that in the picture in the catalog, the cord is not viewed at all, so one would expect the cord to be in the back. Anyway, your customer service was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous, which they always are, I do love that about your customer service, and I was mailed a replacement immediately. However, the replacement is also defective, although, the cord is not coming out the front, it is now coming out the side. Since, it cannot be viewed from, where I have placed the lamp, I have opted to make do with this one, to avoid further calling, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Although, your pricing is extremely low, and I still expected better. I have paid this approximate price for a similar product, at a local shopping establishment, therefore I didn't have to pay shipping or handling, which by the way, paying handling really negates any shipping promos, and didn't have this problem. I will continue to purchase from your catalog in the future, but hope that the quality will be better.

In general the shopping was good,prices great,however,sizing on the clothing item I bought was not acceptable it was much smaller than anticipated.i would not buy clothing again as returns cost me even more so it's a waste

I am very dissatisfied with my cover it totally fell apart in the washer it was so bad when I took out of washer in pieces so there was no way to dry it to send back I don't know if I will order again from you guys I spent $72.00 on it now I'm out of that money I'm so unhappy I'm on disability so it's hard for me to lose that much money
