I had difficulty finding the promotion code for free shipping. I have never had this difficulty before and no one on the phone could assist me. I buy from you several times a year. I don't like receiving my order in multiple shipments.

Product arrived damaged and was replaced, hassle free. Awesome service!

Good delivery took longer than expected.

Great prices but SEVERAL ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT. I ALMOST DIDN'T COMPLETE THE ORDER. Shipping was a bit slow but not terrible. Quality was as advertised or better.

Get the orders when expected. They keep checking to see if I get the order.

Well the initial advertisement was faulty and had to be adjusted along with free shipping to get the advertised TRUTH to be achieved. Your service representative helped me in achieving that. Display name Darlene not Dralene. Probably mistyped by me.

I ha ve purchased several solar lights over the years from Collections and these were, by far, the worst I have ever seen. They are so dime that I had to get up close to make sure they were working. I am very disappointed in Collections. I am sure they were aware of the problems but sold them anyway.

I did have a problem with the price being changed after I submitted my order, and in calling customer service, they couldnt see the discounted price that showed up on my screen. After sending yhem a screen shot of my order with the discounted price, they corrected the price. I am satisfied with that and like the products. I plan to continue doing business with you.
