Easiest thing to shop on line. I love collections etc. and order items on line and mail-in quite frequently.
I like that you have a large range of products. What I don't like is that you do not sale to the petite woman in clothes. Other than that, I was pleased with your products.

I've ordered quite a few times and felt the shopping experience to be easy. It's vary satisfied with their products. The prices are reasonable and will order again.
Having to manually remove the items that sold out while I was shopping one by one further delayed my completing the order and resulted in other items selling out. Need a better system. The box arrived torn open on the bottom and one of the items I had ordered was missing from the box, presumably it fell out the open hole. I contacted customer service hoping to get a replacement, but was told they could not replace it as the item was sold out. However when I went to the site and found the item (for a higher price than I had paid during the sale), I was able to add it to my cart and there was no indication it was not available due to being sold out. I do not feel they were honest with me. The item WAS still available, but apparently they didn't want to replace it at the price it had been when I ordered it on sale. Not very happy about that.
