Easy to shop

Packaging was sloppy, when item arrived one end of the box was pushed in, tape pulled up. Otherwise, satisfied.

I want a call from corporate about my order placed on 7-8-15...you have my money...I have no product...really upset...I've been a good customer for a very long time and you are about to lose me.

I did NOT like the1.95 processing fee. Have no idea as a first time shopper; what this is for. Probably will not order again. I stay with companies that do not charge tax or shipping

I have been a customer for several years yet with this order I was treated as a new customer and had to re-register. I hope this doesn't occur again.

Your prices are reasonable but sometimes the quality of the items falls short. With this order the items were acceptable as with the price paid.

The scarf and shawl both were well made pleased with both.

Customer service was very prompt in replacing the missing items
