I have usually been very satisfied with ordering from Collections,ETC.
The only problem I have with ordering from you is that the cost of shipping and handling is the same as the cost of the item
When I proceeded to checkout it would NOT accept my mdse certificate. I spent over 1/2 hour on the phone speaking to 3 different people before finally being able to get my order in.

I have bought two different Fibre Optic products from you and neither one have worked. They were broken when I got them. I sent one of them back for a replacement and had to pay for it again plus the return postage. When I got the replacement it worked for one might and would not work again. I through it away because I was not going to send it back and have to pay all over again. I will not buy anymore from you.
Very disappointed with the solar animal repellants I ordered. Two of the 4 did not work and the other two alarms continually go off whenever the wind blows the tree leaves or anything else it picks up in the motion detecting area. Have to keep them turned off most of the time!
