Experience was good but you should wait to end this survey out until ALL of the order has been received. I got it in two shipments, no problem, but this came between them. At least add an area for "did not receive all of the order" or something like that.

The second tissue holder was received and has been put together. Unlike the first one this had the little attachment pieces right on top - wrapped in orange plastic and scotch taped to the item. Thank you very much for your help and the replacement.
