Item works perfectly for the purpose it was intended for. Keeps hands cool when holding hot bowl or plate.

I AM VERY SATISFIED W/THIS REPLACEMENT DOUBLE CUSHION--ALSO THE PRICE. I HAVE HAD ONE FOR MANY YEARS. I USUALLY HAVE IT ON MY KITCHEN CHAIR, ALTHOUGH HAVE TAKEN IT ELSEWHERE. I HAVE A VERY BAD BACK & THIS REALLY HELPS TAKING PRESSURE OFF OF BACK & SEAT. IT IS REVERSIBLE--SHERPA FOR WINTER & FABRIC FOR WARMER DAYS.

No issue with ordering product or receiving product but issue with returning. Tried thru my account but didn't get email with easy return label. Then tried calling. Every time I said I wanted to return, call ended without being able to get return label.

My son now has a large collection of Peanuts t-shirts thanks to Collections, Etc. Their Peanuts shirts are of very good quality. I have never had an issue with shipping or not being pleased with this product. Also, they continue to offer new designs every so often so I can add to his collection. Thanks Collections, Etc.
