Very happy with the lg sofa cover...it covers well and the all-cotton material, while lightweight, seems sturdy enough to withstand the dog and cat usage, which is why I needed it. The colors are clear and crisp, the service was great, and I'm just pleased as punch with the whole experience!

I've been a customer of Collections for a long time. This last order, I received a wrong item and when I called customer service, I could hardly understand the lady on the phone. I had to ask her over and over again what she said. At first, she wanted me to return the wrong item and then I could do anything I wanted after that. I said "No...I want you to send me the right item! You said it was in stock and I want you to send it to me." She finally understood and sent me the pet gate. She also told me to keep the rubber mat that I received incorrectly. I have received the pet gate.

Your company delivers the products in a timely matter
I was very unhappy with the dress I ordered and it is not that easy to exchange or return. I would have to get a label from Collections and it would cost $7.00, which is half the price of the dress. It's not worth the hassle.
The items I ordered were in stock and delivered as promised.
I don't think there should be a handling fee of1.95. I feel this is unfair, its enough to charge the shipping fee. Because of this fee, I may not return to order again from CollectionsEtc. I ordered a resin planter, and it was much smaller than I expected, as well as the quality not being very good. I think I will just put the catalogs in the recycling if I receive anymore.
This little table is quite attractive and I had no trouble at all assembling it! I'm very pleased.

On the metal horse head wall art, I did not realize it would be hinged in the middle (top to bottom). The "seam" does not detract from the item but makes hanging it slightly more tricky. For my use, I wish it wasn't but it is still lovely, large, and well done. One for me, one for a gift.
