Your site is great!

I ordered a 90" kitchen runner. As son as i took it out of the package, I could tell that it was n inferior product. The color of the rug is "Brick." You could easily see the white backing through the tufts in the runner. I immediately called customer service, and was told you would send a merchandise certificate, which you did. Thank you.
