I put several items in my cart and checked out before the site notified me that one item wasn't available. Please change it so that you don't allow people to "buy" items that aren't available. I called customer service twice today. Once, to see what "item no longer available" means when it appears after you've checked out (this customer service rep was great). It was particularly frustrating not to be told that the item that I came to the site to buy wasn't available, but the order still went through and the other items were still charged to my account. I'd like to know ahead of time if I can't order an item as that affects my overall purchase. I called the second time because I noticed that the SHIP111 promo code I applied didn't appear on my bill (this customer service rep was NOT great, she was quite rude). She said I used some other promo code, but I didn't enter anything else so I think chrome auto-fill might be responsible for that. Instead of simply applying the code to my existing order, I had to cancel and re-complete my order.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
