I purchased 8 items. All but 1 were on clearance sale. The total cost of my order was extremely affordable. I experienced a problem while checking out and called the Customer Support number. It was necessary for the Customer Service agent to call the warehouse to resolve the problem, which he did while I remained on the line. The problem was resolved and verified within 2 minutes. This is service which cannot be beat!
The touch lamp and the fiber optic pictures were exactly what I was looking for and worked perfectly in each room I bought them for. I especially liked that they were both on sale and I got them at a reduced shipping cost. That was MOST important.
I ordered a shirt the size I normally wear, but when I received it - it is too tight I can't wear it. So now I'm wondering what I should do with it. I do not want to have to pay to get another one and end up having it be the same way - I wear the XL size and since it is made in India, they make things small - so I'm not happy with this shirt - I really like the style but am frustrated that I can't wear it now, tags are off it and I was going to wash it but decided to try it on first before washing since it is 100% cotton so I know it will shrink so that is why I didn't wash it yet. Just wondering how I can get this issue resolved.
