Did have a problem re: shopping cart... Had five items, but only showed four... Had to go out and come back into site again.

My shopping experience has been satisfactory but would like to shipping discount for any price orders

Always good service with this company. Always good service. Only comment I would suggest, is that you need to offer Free S/H,
With no minimum, more often to your regular customers.

Like how well the website works. It would be nice though if you could use more then one promo code at a time if you have them.

Received my shipment and was checking everything out.The porcelain doll that I had ordered her arm was not attached.I called customer service and was advised that if I couldn't fix it to send it back.Really not what I expected out of customer service,but it wasn't that hard to fix so I did.

Every time I place an order with you at least one, usually more than one of my items is no longer available! This makes ordering from you VERY FRUSTRATING!

I have shopped Collections for quite some time. Always delivered in a timely manner and have received good quality products...Great customer service.

We have a good use for everything we ordered. All arrived in great condition.

I've use Collections Etc. for a lot of years. I enjoy the products you sell. Just wish they were American made. :'(

I have ordered from you several times and always pleased with my items.

From my experience, the best products that etc offers are all about bedroom, like "bed in the bag" sets, quilts, etc. Also, their collectible dolls and some garden figurines are great. However, I had several problems with their other products. For example, I do not recommend to buy clothing here - the things look good on the pictures but look cheap indeed.

I am happy Collections, but not the product I received. Since this is the first time this has happened, I will continue to order in the future.

I ordered a ash ( cremation holder) last week and when I received it I was not very happy with the way the lettering was on the locket. Wanted to order more but I am reserved about it now.
