Everything I ordered got here in a timely manner. The only thing is about the dog bed I received, on the two ends of the back of it was falling apart and I had to glue it back together, before I could assemble it.

We had to list the shipping information at least 4 times. We had to go back to the checkout site at least 4 times. The computer sent us back to the prior site before we could even begin to buy this gift, and we lost the gift message.
