You're my favorite catalog store to buy unique items. You have the items I'm always looking for to decorate and look forward to each catalog to see what's new.
When you emailed this survey to me, no where on it gave me info as to what exactly I ordered - you wanted to know if I got the merchandise. So, instead of looking at your request so I could quickly acknowledge "received" - I had to find my order from Collections amongst many other companies, by date, then just guess that this was the order you were talking about. Now I have to check again just in case I gave you another order that maybe didn't come in. PLeASE, when you send these requests, remind me of which ordered merchandise you want to know about. I can't just type in to check all my orders from Collections like you can, or maybe I can but I shouldn't have to. Just type what the merchandise is, I could answer yes/no. And give you a better review. Thanks, if you do something.
