Very pleased with all my many orders

I was pleased with the product and the speed it was delivered but was unhappy I had to pay shipping for each individual item. I assumed ordering 2 items from the same website would mean one shipping charge.

There was no mention of a processing fee. I knew of the shipping fee but felt the processing fee is a rip off. It is a business expense?I should not pay. I will most likely not purchase again unless the processing fee is discontinued.

Good products for the prices. Knowing that, I've never had a bad experience with Collectionsetc

Products are very nice. Prices are less than most other merchants. The only negative experience I have had is getting requests to do your surveys for every purchase I make. This may keep me from making future purchases. I do not like surveys. I will NOT answer anymore. Please DO NOT send them. Thank you.

Great webside, great selection of items.

Always look forward to reduced or free shipping...on orders from Collections Etc. Have ordered frequently and really enjoy the items. Great variety to select from. If you pay close attention to description you will know exactly what you are getting for the money. Most solar items I've ordered will need a new solar battery within a year or sooner.

I have been a customer of Collections Etc. for many years and have always been satisfied with their merchandise vs. price. One thing I like is that they have unusual items that you can't find anywhere else. Any time I have had to contact customer service, they have been helpful, courteous and resolved any problem quickly. They are one of the few places that you can get real porcelain dolls anymore at a reasonable price.

THE DOLL IS VERY PRETTY BUT ONE OF HER DELICATE FINGERS WAS BROKEN. SHOPPING IS VERY EASY AS LONG AS THE PRICES DON'T CHANGE BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER. IF THEY DO I JUST CANCEL THE ORDER.
