The order came through in a good time but the back of the pendulum clock was missing so I called and the lady was very nice. She sent me a refund for the item that was broken as without the back, the batteries would not stay in so it would not work. I can use the refund within the next 2 months so I will do that as soon as I find an item that I can use. Thank you. The email refund is so much better than waiting for a check in the mail. Thank you.
