I would suggest that you use more than one piece of tape to seal a box. Someone reached inside and remover on of my tops I ordered, stealing it was very easy. I had to call to report it the same day I got the package and you now have to send another one. Save you and I the time and money and tape it more securely.

My Summer catalog had a discount coupon 3T733W for free shipping, good till 12/12/15 but you told me that it had expired. I think I am entitled to that discount for free shipping. If so refund to my card.

Also, after I got my order, one of the items, a blue turban, was so small, that I could not even get it on my head. But, it isn't worth the postage, I would have to pay to send it back for a refund. It cost $5

I have always been very satisfied with my purchases. I would rate Collections A++.

I'm not sure until I check my receipt at home but according to the clearance on Collections website some items I ordered may have gone way down in price. Just a short time since I ordered the ones I received. But I can't say for sure until I check my receipt.

I really like shopping at Collections. I have always been happy with their products and they are reasonably priced.

The items were too large so I had to get a return label and send them back. I ordered new ones in a smaller size and am anxiously for them to arrive.

When I received my order, there was one item missing. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement item out immediately. Service was great and I really loved the items I bought.

One of the items I ordered was damaged. I called Customer Service and was very pleased with the representative that helped me and a replacement will be shipped at no charge.

We like the furniture covers but there is only one problem. They do not stay in place. I fix them every morning and then if someone sits down they are immediately pulled out of place and will have to be redone.
