Always an easy and fast process
Everything was perfect
Be items were not secure in the shipping box on the way to me. The box the bowling set is in was mangled! I had a concern with the bowling set. I bought it for a gift. I called customer service and the gentleman I talked to basically said, to bad. We can't help the way it was shipped and we will not do anything about the box being mangled. I told him I was disappointed. I told him I am a loyal shopper to your site. I asked to talk to a manager. He said no.

2 AA batteries easy to install and canvas is bathed in a warm glow. The candles light up to showcase the pumpkins behind them. Lovely! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it's not on an automatic timer. But it really is a beautiful canvas even when not lit.
I had a problem with the order, so I called...That is where I found out that the Code was not right to get free shipping over50. Person was very pleasant and helpful.
After getting the order, and being excited to find the Wraptastics (after looking all year since Christmas), one of the two I ordered and had given to my daughter for her birthday was defective. Then I was quite disappointed. I love collections and buy a lot of things there. Hope this doesn't happen again. Hoping you don't use my last name when you post my comments. Thank You, Helena
I am happy with the delivery - the tablecloth I ordered was very sheer. I did not realize I needed to also buy the other tablecloth to go underneath this one.
