It was a straight forward experience.

I reviewed the catalog so I knew what I wanted. I have recently returned two items that I ordered as they do not fit into my car. I am awaiting my refund.

Had trouble with my order when I called 800 number lady was not friendly and did not seem to want to help me and I still do not understand what was wrong

The Aqua Rug has only 4 suction cups, which wouldn't anchor in my mother's shower. I've already replaced it.
