My experience was good. It always is with Collections. My only suggestion is that you indicate what order (item) you are asking about when you send a message. I don't always know what item you are asking about.
Happy with my purchase; meets my needs. I was surprised that I had to assemble it, but it was easy enough to do.

When offering promotional discounts you need to make it clear that only one promotion is allowed before you get to the last page for credit card. Your company was offering 2.99 shipping no minimum and because I was a new customer you offered me a 15% discount. When I got to the last page and pasted my discount it removed the 2.99 shipping. I called your customer service line and was told they couldnt provide any discount codes so I requested to speak to a supervisor who informed me either I had to take the 2.99 shipping or the 15% discount. When I elected to take the shipping she couldnt provide me with the discount code and said the best she could offer was 3.99 shipping. Not real happy with the process needless to say. I work as a resolution supervisor for the largest airline in the world and I have to say your company could use some improvement in customer service. Sincerely, Martha Todd

I purchased the autumn scarf with paypal. I didn't get any confirmation from you, I finally checked online, then called. The person claimed paypal never released the payment, so I paid with my MasterCard so that I would get it in time for my sister's birthday. It was sent from Melrose Park, Il which is less than 40 miles from me. I am shocked at how much I paid for shipping and handling, as it was more than the price of the scarf. I loved the scarf!

Was huge disappointment to see the $14.99 shipping charge. Inside cover of magazine it says: FREE shipping with any order of $45 or more? AND most places have free shipping now all the time!
The items from Collections are delivered quickly. The products are high quality.
A little disappointed because even tho I measured the chair for which I ordered a cover it didn't fit It was too small. I didn't contact you because I don't want to pay shipping to send it back. I will just be more careful in the future about what I order. I will probably order again in the future.
