FOUND ITEMS I WANTED N SHIPPING WASN'T BAD
I ordered the Tuscan dishwasher magnet, but it was too long and it is not offered in a smaller size. I also ordered the genie hour glass waist trimmer, but I was not satisfied with the feel of the material. It was very stiff and not comfortable at all to wear. I will be returning it for a refund.
Have shopped at COLLECTION ETC never been disappointed
Very upset with the frying pan it does not look anything like what you have in the picture. It looks very poor quality to rap it up i am afried off cooking in the pan the material is very cheep. Not happy at all with it i wish i would have never spend my money on this product.

The problem I experience with CollectionsEtc is that I placed an order, I entered the correct address where the order should be delivered. On previous orders the address was incorrect, I notified CollectionsEtc. Instead of making the necessary correction, they kept changing the number of my residents to the one in error. The tracking stated the order was delivered, But NOT TO ME. I notified CollectionsEtc. And to rectify the situation they sent me a duplicate order with the correct address. Just one problem my order will be sent separate due to the fact one of the items ordered is on back order. Will I ever order from CollectionsEtc again, most definitely. When errors happen, they try to rectify the situation in a timely and professional manner.

The valances I purchased were just lovely and as described. Several years ago, I bought something similar, but paid twice as much. I'd rather be able to spend money and get the price and quality I want! I will be back.
