I have always been happy with my purchases from Collectionsetc.

I called customer service to tell them the item was mailed back. I have never, ever seen an item as damaged as this one was. The zipper was completely broken. Wires hanging out of it. Just terrible. She told me she would be sending me another one with NO CHARGES at all. I do hope the next one is not damaged. I have always ordered on line and like I said I've never seen any thing like the one I recieved. Just terrible

Absolutely love the Vases. I wanted them to put on my mother and sisters graves and I found some beautiful red white and blue flowers to go with them they were just perfect! Very sturdy.

I returned the hat. It wasn't what it appeared in the book. The brim was not long enough to cover my face and it was too big.
