Have never had any problems with Collection. Even when I have received items that were broken they sent me a new item no problem. Fast easy service every time. Everything I have received has been nice quality and I have been please with everything.
Everything went well. The only complaint is I was unable to use the 15% new customer discount with my free shipping code. I usually do not order from a company that I cannot get free shipping. I do not like to pay shipping fees, especially when the shipping costs almost take up the whole percentage discount.
I REALLY appreciated being able to process two different shipping addresses at the same time! Whoo-hoo! Haven't found that on other websites that I've noticed. I'm especially please that the merchandise actually arrived! I've placed several orders of late, Famous Footwear and Pet Mountain, and they won't allow a POBox to be listed on the shipping information, they also use a kind of shipping where it is shipped to the Post Office and then PO delivers, but ONLY if you have a POBox number. I've had both orders returned to sender, TWICE! Which costs them money, and customer dissatisfaction. So, thank you for actually getting the items to me, refreshing!
