I don't like the idea of a fee to join a membership just to get services I should get for free. I also don't like to hear about a rebate after I already purchased the item, which will probably cost me addition money. My third problem is I never received a 15percent discount in my email box to use with this purchase. I'm pretty sure I'm a first time customer.
I now have another problem. You requested my compatibles when your price was higher then other sites. I sent them to you and you have not responded yet with a refund of the difference.

Feel you should be able to use all promo codes, at least 2, as other companies allow.
Also, I received only part of my order. Evidently the remaining is on back order but I have not received any information regarding this. Rather poor communications.
