I've always been pleased, with your products..
I loved one of my items, but the other one I actually returned. It was for a wood floor scratch cover up product that just did not work.

After reading reviews, I did not realize that I had to scroll back to the top to close the screen and return to browsing. This caused me to exit the site. Fortunately, the items in my cart were still there and I discovered what I needed to do to prevent exiting the site again.
I have never had a problem with customer service they are always courteous and patient. I have been shopping with Collections for many years and have always been pleased with the service and products. Keep up the good work.
