Overall I have been happy with the service and quality of the products.
There are a lot of products to choose from and that's a plus for Collections Etc. because it shortens my searching the web for what I'm looking for.
We like your items and usually are satisfied with both quality and price. I don't know what happened this time but nothing was correct in the order. We did receive the correct item today and it appears to be both the correct size and the correct color.
