Suggestion: Include what was in the order in your question. I order so often I've no idea what this particular response is in reference to. I think I've gotten everything that is currently on order. I love your company and peruse your webb catalog every few days. I've shared your printed catalog with a dozen different people over the years. Thanks for being such a great company.

Loved everything. It arrived faster than I expected, as usual.

The check-out process was awful! I kept getting conflicting discount offers which negated what I originally intended, consequently I had to keep redoing various entries on the order form to get back to the original discount offer. Jesus, too many "discount" offers at the end. Otherwise, I've always enjoyed buying from Collections, Etc.
