Faster delivery than I thought. Very happy with items I purchased.
Usually I have always gotten things right away but my last order did not even ship for a week but was satisfied with the merchandise when it finally came. Just for your FYI the raccoon magnet said you could put it ouside on your garage which I did but it turned blue so needless to say I was disappointed in that so therefore am ordering another but now I will have 2 sets of parts and only 1 raccoon. Thanks

Overall a great site...sometime it's hard to visualize a 3d image of the stakes.
If you are going to charge a handling/processing fee, that sort of negates a "Free Shipping" promo, despite the small fee. This aforementioned comment is from a previous survey. This recent survey request is from a shipment, I assume, regarding my recent call from yet another lamp as being defective, which your customer service rep made good with another shipment of a new lamp which was in better condition. However, just as in my previous survey, your customer service personnel are more than professional and courteous, but their limitation, and the fact that apparently you do not read your "Customer Satisfaction Surveys" are less than exemplary. My last survey indicated that the second lamp I was sent in regards to a previous customer complaint, was still not in the condition that was indicated in your catalog, went un-responded to, and when I made mention in regards to the complaint which has resulted in this survey, I was told I would get a voucher to apply to a future purchase, and that has not happened to date. I am disappointed.
