I've ordered many things from Collections and have always been satisfied with the products and service.
I was very pleased with my purchase I was exactly what was pictured in the magazine the dimensions for the correct size and the colors were awesome

ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE OR BACKORDERED
The order was placed during quarantine. I had placed an initial order and did not receive a confirmation number nor could I confirm that it was pending debit from my account. I waited a day and still had not received confirmation that the order had been received nor had it been debited from my account which lead me to believe the order did not go through so I placed a second order. 72 hours later I received confirmation for 2 orders. I tried calling customer service but received a recording informing me that due to the pandemic Customer Service was not available. I contacted my bank and explained what had happened but since the payment was pending it could not be blocked. Now I sit here with duplicate orders and will have to pay $10.00 or more to return it due to a system glitch.

The one time I contacted Customer Service about my first order, I never received a reply!
I was happy with the products but by the time you pay the shipping etc and other charges you have paid twice the price you would pay at Walmart and you can check out the product before you buy it at other stores.
The search engine was malfunctioning so it took longer.
I ordered a scarf and received a tank top. The two adjustable tech belts are poor quality. I opened only one, and when I put the phone in and zipped it closed, the zipper pull broke off and the stitching on one side somehow came loose. I will return these as soon as I can print the return label. The purse and seat cushions are good quality, but they did not work for me, so I am returning them as well.
No problems here...I am satisfied with my purchases from you to date.
