The products were as advertised and reasonably priced.
O.k.There were 2 items that were damaged & one item that was not in my order at all & i ask that it ( the item that was missing) "NOT" be reshipped & it was shipped ANYWAY! Now i have been charged for this item( the one that was missing) 2 times, credited, 1 time & am now waiteing to be credited for the,SAME, item once more & WAITEING FOR A LABEL TO RESHIP IT BACK TO YOU! When an item is missing in an order it should be "CREDITED RIGHT AWAY", & or "RESHIPPED AT NO CHARGE", WHAT EVER WE ASK YOU TO DO! I "ALWAYS" give everyone at least one misstake & that is why you will find that i have re-ordered from you, any way, sence this happened. I have ordered from you before & it has been a while, so i can"t remember how that went. Hope every thing works out, because i loved the items that i have received! May God Bless you!
