I've been doing business with collectinsetc.com for quite some time. I haven't had any real problem with any order yet.

Great product

Had a problem with an item and when I called customer service felt like they didn't want to hear me or didn't try to keep me as a customer. I spoke with a supervisor and she was even worse then the rep. I will have to rethink about buying in the future. Sad day because I liked collection etc.

Items ordered are great. Great value also, couldn't be happier.

I always love shopping for Christmas ornaments from this company. I'm also impressed with other items and the prices cannot be beat.

The only thing that I would say is a few days after I received my order, you sent me an ad via e mail,
And the item I had just received was now on sale.

Everything I have ordered has been fine. I donate quite a bit to Toys For Tots and enjoy seeing the new items you have. I will be putting in another order in the next few weeks for items to be donated.

I love shopping with collections etc. Prices are fair and ordering is easy. Never had any problems with the shipments.

Having the item numbers are great. Takes you right to the item wanted.
