The floor protectors for my dining room chairs are just what I needed to keep from scratching my floor. They work really well and make the chairs easier to slide away from the table.
For the most part I was very satisfied, however there was a problem applying what I thought was a code to get free shipping with at least a $40.00 order. I reported the problem and received a prompt response. The response stated it was an "Appeasment" refund. I feel that was offensive as I had assumed the free shipping coupon would be applied as stated in your instructions. I had first tried to put the coupon number in the appropriate box but it would not allow me to do so. Then I went ahead with my order but the discount was never applied. I immediately reported it to your company. I really feel that since I cannot get the online site to perform as you state it will, I will no longer order from your company and have unsubscribed from online notices from you. I have enjoyed the purchases previously received from you and wish your business continued success.

My fault-I initially had problem with order screen confusing tab at bottom" submit "being for the order when it was for e-mail list. Messed up several times before I figured it out. Might put the request for e-mail listing separate from order form.
I was very impressed to be able to contact consumer service via e-mail & receive prompt response. My sister-in-law received the order for new bedspreads & was thrilled. I definitely will continue ordering from your catalog. Thank you!
I received a wrong order and then 4 days later received the right one. Haven't been able to figure out why.
